Alt X provides creative, content, marketing, and digital experience services for startups and growing teams. Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.

2. Collaboration

All projects begin after mutual agreement on scope, timelines, and payment terms. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and fees.

3.Payments

Projects may require an advance or milestone-based payments. Invoices must be cleared within the agreed timeframe. Alt X reserves the right to pause work for overdue payments.

4. Ownership & Usage

Once final payment is received: Clients own the final approved deliverables Alt X retains ownership of internal tools, processes, drafts, and concepts We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, social channels, or case studies unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included within the project scope. Major changes, new features, or additional requests may be billed separately.

6. Third-Party Tools

Projects may involve third-party platforms, hosting, plugins, or software. Alt X is not responsible for issues caused by external services beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared during a project will be treated with care and not disclosed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alt X is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
